What products does RS Lee’s Creations offer?
We provide custom T-shirts, hoodies, trucker caps, tumblers, coffee mugs, mouse pads, DTF transfers, and other select custom products.

Is there a minimum order?
Minimum quantities may apply depending on the product or service. Bulk pricing is available for qualifying orders.

Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes. We work with businesses, organizations, events, family reunions, groups, and other customers needing larger quantities. Use our Get a Quote form for bulk pricing.

Can I provide my own design?
Yes. You may submit your own print-ready design. We will review the artwork before production to make sure it is suitable for the requested product.

Can you help create my design?
Yes. Design assistance is available for an additional fee. Pricing depends on the amount of design work required.

Do you sell DTF transfers for customers who press their own apparel?
Yes. DTF transfers are available for customers who want to apply their own designs to apparel. Minimum quantities may apply.

Can I purchase blank apparel?
Yes. Select blank apparel and products may be available. Availability, colors, sizes, and minimum quantities may vary.

How long does an order take?
Turnaround time depends on the product, quantity, design requirements, and current production schedule. An estimated completion date will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A 50% deposit may be required to begin custom or bulk orders. The remaining balance must be paid according to the terms provided with your order.

Can I make changes after approving my design?
Changes requested after final approval may result in additional charges or a change in the completion date. Please review all spelling, colors, sizes, and design details carefully before approval.

Do you accept returns on customized products?
Because customized products are made specifically for each customer, they are generally not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a production error or defect. Any issue should be reported promptly after receiving the order.

Do you ship orders?
Yes. Shipping is available. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the order and destination.
